This Custom Designed Diet & Workout Plan will get your body fat percentage down to below 5% which is needed for Stage or Photoshoot Condition.
This is a Shredding Plan that will be 12 Weeks (dependant on your current condition) and will bring you gradually into peak condition for show or shoot day.
The last two weeks will involve a 'Final Cutting Phase' which is my strategy I use to get shoot ready. You'll be Cut, Shredded, Ripped, Dry and hard.
The Diet will be a structured plan, complete with week-by-week, day-by-day meals. It will be fully structured and customised around your job/life/schedule and include foods you like.
The Diet you get will gradually bring your body fat percentage down, combined with my Workout and Cardio Plan that will get more intensive towards the final weeks.
This Plan will come in 4 weekly parts which will gradually bring you into that shredded condition.
